Cutwise Fraction Calc ("the App") is developed by Ketchum Applied Technologies of Sun Valley, Idaho ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. The short version: we designed the App so that we collect nothing, and your data never leaves your device.
We do not collect, receive, transmit, or store any personal information about you. The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no cloud sync. We do not use analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services that identify you, or any tracking technology of our own.

This data is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers (we don't operate any servers that receive user data), and we have no ability to access, view, or recover it. If you delete the App, all of this data is permanently deleted along with it. We recommend noting down any measurements you want to keep before deleting the App, because we cannot restore them.
> This section applies only if you are using the free tier of the App and banner advertising is enabled. If you have purchased the ad-free upgrade, or if ads are not currently active in your version of the App, no advertising data collection described below occurs.
The free tier of the App may display banner advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. When ads are enabled and displayed, Google may collect certain information directly from your device, which can include:
We do not receive, see, or store this information. It is collected by Google under Google's own privacy practices. You can learn more here:
Your choices: You can limit ad personalization and tracking on iOS. When the App (or Google's SDK) requests tracking permission, you may decline. You can also review or change your settings at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising on your device. Declining tracking does not affect the App's core functionality.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (for example, to remove ads or unlock features). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see, receive, or store your payment information — no card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details. Apple's handling of your payment data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We receive only anonymous confirmation from Apple that a purchase was completed so the App can unlock the corresponding features on your device.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no personal data at all, no such information is gathered from users of any age. If ads are enabled, Google's advertising practices are subject to the choices and settings described in Section 3.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone — because we never have it in the first place. The only third-party data activity connected to the App is the optional advertising described in Section 3, which occurs directly between your device and Google.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add features or if advertising behavior changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy within the App and/or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy. If a future change would ever involve actual collection of personal data by us, we will make that clear and, where required, ask for your consent.
